This is the worst experience I've ever had with any service provider, not just a landscaping company. Steve is completely clueless. He hired day laborers who showed up late, took long lunches, and left early—if they showed up at all. It's been a month, and our landscaping project is still incomplete. They left trash in my yard, damaged the neighbor's yard and haven't fixed it, cut my cable wires, nearly pulled the box off the side of the house, cut my invisible fence line, and also cut the fiber optic line. They didn't use the "call before you dig" service, causing these issues. Half the yard is partially sodded with half-dead sod, with my cable wires sticking out, while the other side with better sod is incomplete. They've left plants here for weeks without installing them. I spent $15,000, but it looks like a $5,000 job at best. It's awful. He bought the smallest, cheapest plants he could find and made numerous promises that he didn't keep. He didn't fulfill what was outlined on the invoice. He demanded full payment before completion, which I now see was a huge red flag. Shame on me for giving them so many chances because I was hopeful. Now I have to fire this company, get a refund, and hire a real landscaping company to fix their mess. I'm furious.
