I met Valerie in 2006 shortly after we both ended up living in the same beautiful city of Sarasota. She invited me to a meditation; the first that I ever attended. I was envisioning the meditation to be a group of "free spirited" people waiving their arms in the air while standing in a corn field. Mind you we don't have corn fields here in Sarasota, and the meditation ended up being the most moving experience I had in years. I thought I would be making a new friendship with the experience but what had happened was a new insight into my feelings, my anger, fears, hopes and dreams. Valerie and I have worked together over the last 10 years. Or, I should say she has patiently helped me see what direction I was traveling and more amazingly where I had been, what I experienced, and how to forgive events and circumstances I had endured and physically survived but not necessarily emotionally survived. She has been my friend and guide through a period of my life I thought I never had the need to address. I am forever grateful for having met her. My heart is lighter and I am a kinder person for knowing her.

Valerie has helped me with business as well as personal matters during change cycles. She advises potential strategies of action as well as when it is best to be patient and ride the wave of events. I have worked with Valerie for years; no matter what's going on in my life, she has helped me find the path to moving onwards and upwards.
