I have been weight training for about 1/12 months and have lost over 10lbs I can say this is the first time in 20 years that I enjoy the workouts and the meal plan. Janet is easy to talk to and gives great advice on supplements and keeps you accountable for your weight loss and weight gain The meal plans are specifically designed for your body and the results that you would like to achieve and although it can be a challenge to stick with the meal plan especially on weekends if you do exactly what she suggests in the meal plan you will see results
