- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing varies depending on length of session and how many sessions the client is committing to.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I first meet with a prospective client face to face and have a conversation about their goals, expectations, limitations and mindset. In the same session I complete a movement assessment to evaluate their current strengths and areas in need of improvement. We discuss what areas I have assessed that would be targets for both short term and long term goals and if it works for the client, we agree to expectations moving forward and if the partnership is good for both parties. Then, I create a systematic workout plan for the coming months with communication and adjustments with the client being made at checkpoints along the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Counsel of Exercise.
