- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sessions are paid monthly. I do not do pay per sessions. I give discounts on packages if multiple months are paid for up front. If session is cancelled within 24 hours it will be counted as a used session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first meet with a prospective client face to face and have a conversation about their goals, expectations, limitations and mindset. I mostly listen and you mostly talk. In the same session I complete a movement assessment to evaluate your level of fitness. We then discuss both short term and long term goals based on my evaluation and your overall goals and we agree to expectations moving forward and commit to a schedule and plan. Then, I create a systematic workout plan for the coming months with communication and adjustments with the client being made at checkpoints along the way.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Counsel of Exercise.
