My husband was laid up with a broken leg this summer for 10 weeks. Our lanai and cage were neglected. We needed help. I found Stan quickly on Thumbtack and he came the same day!! What a find!! Stan power washed our lanai pavers and cage after moving all our furniture and plants. It was a a big job and he worked diligently all afternoon to complete the task. He then came back the next day and washed our house gutters, soffit, walls, and windows! Upon his return, he brought week killer to spray our lanai pavers so the weeds would not come back. He wanted us to be completely satisfied, and we were! Stan is a very hard worker and I unhesitatingly recommend his work ethic and ability. I certainly know who I will call when I need someone to power wash anything on our property.

I wish this review would allow me to also choose value and punctuality because this man has it all. We did agree to power-washing certain items but he went above and beyond that agreement to ensure my home would look clean and perhaps new. I have never seen anyone work this hard and he even seemed to be enjoying the hot work since the temperature was over 90. I was kept informed of everything he was doing and the reasons for doing so. I can honestly say that my home has never looked this good even after it was painted for the third time. I would strongly recommend Aurora for any job that I needed to have done. He may not be the cheapest but he certainly is the best!!

did a substandard job. He had offered to unplug my lanai drain and a few other things as well. He Tried to bribe me by stating he only give follow up estimates to those whom would give him a positive star rating. Now I know how he may have come across all those 5 star ratings. In my case. I think not. He left knowing my drain was clogged. Also fail to follow up on other items. A so so job of power washing and did not seal when I needed it. I think he mislead me in thinking he does Seal. Perhaps in order to get the job.

We provide clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. The price is discussed and agreed upon with the customer before any work begins. For many services, pricing is based on the size of the property or project, such as price per square foot. Any additional work or changes will always be discussed with the customer beforehand.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, we first discuss their needs and the scope of the project. We provide a clear estimate, answer any questions, and schedule a convenient time. Before starting, we confirm the services and price. We then complete the work professionally, inspect the results with the customer, and make sure they are satisfied before we leave.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training and experience in professional pressure washing, soft washing, exterior cleaning, and window cleaning. I am also Trident certified, which has provided me with additional professional training in the industry. I continuously improve my knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment operation, surface protection, and safe chemical handling to provide high-quality results for my customers.
