- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. The price is discussed and agreed upon with the customer before any work begins. For many services, pricing is based on the size of the property or project, such as price per square foot. Any additional work or changes will always be discussed with the customer beforehand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, we first discuss their needs and the scope of the project. We provide a clear estimate, answer any questions, and schedule a convenient time. Before starting, we confirm the services and price. We then complete the work professionally, inspect the results with the customer, and make sure they are satisfied before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training and experience in professional pressure washing, soft washing, exterior cleaning, and window cleaning. I am also Trident certified, which has provided me with additional professional training in the industry. I continuously improve my knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment operation, surface protection, and safe chemical handling to provide high-quality results for my customers.
