What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All our customers go through our scheduling office first. Simply because, we run so many rigs we must be efficient when our teams are out in the field. Then Josh comes out to see their project, if they like what Josh or one of our team has to offer they are then scheduled and their job is completed on time and to the highest quality standards. Pretty simple and straight forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Josh has been a roofer for many years, he grew up in the construction industry. Currently we have a cumulative of 50+ years of experience between all our technicians in the field. The best training is experience!
