- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Florida Real Estate broker and studied real estate at the college level.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with customers (property owners) from all over the world. Some have a hands off approach where we handle all aspects of property management, we send proceeds once a month, and we speak maybe once per year. We also have customers who are more proactive in the management of their property as they see it as a future home and not as an investment.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
When a client comes to us with a newly purchased property, setting that property up and getting it rented is a project. Or maybe they are changing property management companies and looking for better service, tenants, and cash flow. Recently we took over a property which was greatly underperforming in the seasonal rental market. We took over and in just a few months the owners are generating 20% more net income from their investment than ever before.
