Just wanted to share my experience with Real Property Management of Sarasota. John was recommended to me from a cousin who lived in Sarasota (I am from New York) . We needed a very qualified person/company to handle our rental property since we werent living in the area. John and his team were complete professionals. We never had to worry about a thing. They interviewed prospective renters and made sure they were financially qualified . If the condo needed any maintenance or we needed advise on pricing etc, they were there to help us. We have recently decided to sell the unit and John made the process painless and got us the highest possible price.
