- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to filming a window we go by square footage, window washing is prices per number of windows. We do offer cash and military/first responder discounts up to 10%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After learning about the project we usually travel to the project to offer a free estimate, provide samples answer questions and set a date for the project to be completed. For most FAQ we usually direct people to our website which had a wealth of information about our products and services. For specific questions there is always an expert at the office availabile to answer them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff have a combined experience of over 30 years. We are have received many awards for top quality service.
