After hurricane Milton I smugly thought I had gotten away with no damages, even though most of my neighbors had not. There were no leaks (to make me aware of problems on the roof) and while my phone was busy with calls from roofers, I was almost certain the callers were calling everyone in the area trying to get whoever answered the phone to replace a roof that was fine.One day, almost a year after the hurricane, I had a call from a friendly voice, an intelligent person named Okan Bostan who told me he was parked in front of my house and did I know about all the cracks in the tiles on my roof. I told him I was sure the roof was OK , and he asked if I would give him permission to go on the roof and take photos. I agreed thinking once he had seen how sturdy and water tight my roof was, that would make him go away. Then the photos arrived in my email. OMG, what a mess.But what sealed the deal was Okan told me my insurance would probably cover a new roof, but once a year has passed with a claim from an owner, the insurance company does not have to pay off. And nearly a year had passed by then. Time was running out.Okan and Miles came to visit me and discuss in person what I needed to know and to do and what they could do to make a new roof happen. Needless to say they soon became my best buddies and they handled the job from "soup to nuts". I am so happy with the new roof, and I have only them to thank! Neighbors I hardly ever spoke to in the past have come to my house with complements on how nice the new roof looks. Thank you Epoch!

I researched roofing companies like crazy from Tampa to Fort Myers for my Bradenton home. I ended up interviewing about 5 companies in person for our metal roof because it was a little complex and needed to be done correctly.Fadi from EPOCH was the first and only representative to come in, understand what needed to be done, and then work to create a plan that met all of our needs. The job was tricky because the metal roof that we had looked really good, so I was nervous that it would not be able to keep the same style or custom look.However, EPOCH delivered in a way that actually made our home look so much better that I couldn't believe it. The darker roof made the house look amazing.It certainly was not a simple job, but Miles the owner worked with Fadi at every step to ensure that every challenge was met with excellence.Their guidance on the product, the color, and the finishing touches is something I cannot hype enough because that is the true difference maker. And because pricing matters, I was thrilled that they were surprisingly very reasonably priced. Especially for the A-team approach they took with our home. Quality. Quality. Quality. 5 stars all the way.

Honestly didn't know much about what I needed going in, but Miles made the whole thing pretty painless. He was straightforward, answered all my questions without making me feel like I was bothering him, and the work got done when they said it would.No surprises or runarounds, just solid work at a fair price. The crew cleaned up after themselves too, which I appreciated more than I expected to. Would definitely use Epoch Roofing again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Working with Epoch Roofing was the best experience I have ever had working with a roofing company. Okan Boston was one of the reasons for this. He was always available and explained everything beforehand so I knew exactly what to expect. Even so, whenever I had a question he was understanding and never made me feel like I was annoying him. I cant speak highly enough about this company or Okan.
