Everyone I talked with from the scheduler to Bill, their technician were professional and punctual. Bill not only discovered the problem, he actually had me go up and see the problem first hand unlike others that took a few photos that didn’t make a lot of sense.

Here at Villa Majorca in the Meadows we hired Florida Southern Roofing when it came time for us to replace our roof.The entire project went along with little to NO issues. The workers and foreman were so efficient, organized and knowledgeable. The owners were also there checking in to make sure the project was going smoothly. Everyday before they left they cleaned up, never leaving trash , water bottles or packaging on the property. They were so courteous and kind to all the owners, always taking a moment if there were any questions. Their pricing was extremely reasonable and fair and they honored their contract completely.I will recommend them to anyone who is looking at either a replacement or repair. We had used them for years when we needed a roofrepair so we knew the quality of their work was excellent. Do not hesitate to contact them for whatever your roof needs are.

We provide clear, detailed estimates so you understand exactly what is included before work begins. Our goal is no-surprise pricing, dependable workmanship, and long-term value not simply the lowest price. Financing options are also available for projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a conversation to understand your roofing concerns and schedule an FREE inspection. After evaluating the roof, we explain what we found, answer your questions, and recommend the most practical repair or replacement options. You will then receive a detailed estimate. Once approved, our team coordinates scheduling, keeps you informed throughout the project, protects your property, and completes a thorough cleanup and final review.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is led by experienced roofing professionals with decades of hands-on knowledge. Florida Southern Roofing is a State Certified Roofing Contractor, a GAF Master Elite® Residential Roofing Contractor, and a GAF PlatinumElite™ Commercial Roofing Contractor. Our team receives ongoing training in Florida building codes, manufacturer installation requirements, jobsite safety, and proper installation practices for shingle, tile, metal, and flat roofing systems.
