Initially we were impressed with the clarity and completeness that Jeff Barnum used in describing how he would address our computer problem in his initial proposal.. He was very responsive and quickly we were able to schedule a time to have the repair completed. Jeff was very personable and knowledgeable, and quickly identified the problem, and executed an effective repair. And the cost was quite reasonable.

Typical rates for small businesses are some of the lowest in the area--and for this level of quality, I feel are unbeatable. I typically charge $75 per hour for small businesses, and $50 for the occasional home user.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will listen to a customer's issues, try to pin down the specific need, cause, or beginning of the issue, and then visualize the environment or attempt to verify the problem.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several traditional field certifications, both "vendor" and "vendor-neutral". These include CompTIA A+, Network+, and Server+, as well as Microsoft MCSA and MCP/MCTS certifications.
