- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
--SUMMARY POOL SERVICE OFFER: We offer only the best 5 Star Platinum Service - We are not the normal pool business - everything we do is different. We have been in business since 2004. Our pool service is the most full service and innovative available. To ensure your pool is always clean, we GIVE you a $600 Automatic Pool Cleaner that will keep your pool clean between our weekly services. --COST: We only accept credit cards that are auto-charged weekly or bi-weekly based on your services and what’s ideal to you. This is how we can offer you more services than any other company. We don't have bill collecting staff, which allows us to pay more for servicing your pool and offer what we do. The price is for ALL pools and in ANY condition. We don't have a contract, you can cancel at anytime. We guarantee you’re happy and if not we have management available to call and we will ensure you are happy. The Robotic Automatic Pool Cleaner is included in our pricing. We also clean your pool deck each year, we clean your screen cage, we keep your pool equipment in great shape, we go above and beyond with our service! --WHATS INCLUDED W/ OUR BI-WEEKLY POOL SERVICE: - Robotic Automatic Pool Cleaner ($600+ value) that stays in your pool while with us. This keeps your pool spotless between our visits. - Weekly or Bi-Weekly visits by our pool professionals (based on the service you choose) - You get everything on your phone from notes about pool service and things that were done. - Annual full professional deck pressure cleaning, screen cage cleaning and so much more! - We do full equipment checks with every service and we also include new filter replacement in that price along with new o-rings as needed. (Replacement Filters = $70-$120 value, O-rings = $9 - $17 value)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set them up in our system so they have access to everything with our mobile App. We then go to the pool can shock it in most cases to get it at optimal condition, we add the included pool cleaner, do full system inspection. We like to meet the customer and explain our process and build a relationship. We have been in business since 2004 due to our customer service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our weekly pool service staff has over 15 years experience minimum in the pool business as we only offer the best. We stay pro-active by requiring everything digital, pictures taken of pool and equipment so you can see everything. All service techs are CPO Certified (Certified Pool Operator).
