Excellent company! Their communication throughout getting quotes to the completed job was superior. They worked with my schedule and my budget and I am very happy with the way my tile looks. I highly recommend them for your tilecleaning needs.
Our experience with Solution Services Specialist was excellent. The work quality was superior. They did our kitchen and bathroom tile floors and they look like new! The tile is probably over 40 years old and now all that grime is removed and they look like new! Our bathroom shower was only 4 years old but mold had started to grow and I was unable to remove but Solution Services restored it to better than when the original folks installed yet! I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend them! Thank you so much!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair and based on the size and condition of the area. We offer free estimates and ensure there are no hidden fees—just honest, quality service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation to assess the condition of your tile, grout, shower, or floors. Then we provide a clear quote and explain the recommended services. Once approved, we schedule the job, perform a deep clean or restoration using professional equipment, and finish with sealing or polishing to protect and enhance the results. Your satisfaction is always our priority.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started after years of hands-on experience working for a tile and grout restoration company, where I gained the skills and knowledge to offer quality services on my own.
