- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the size of the area, the condition of the surfaces, and the type of service needed. Every project is different, so we offer free estimates to make sure the price is fair and accurate. We believe in honest work and straightforward pricing with no surprises. Our focus is always on delivering results you can truly see, and we work hard to make sure the job is done right the first time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about your needs and the areas you want cleaned or restored, then we provide a free estimate based on the scope of work. Once everything is approved, we schedule a time that works for you. On the day of service, my team and I arrive prepared with professional equipment and the right products for each surface. We focus on detailed deep cleaning and restoration, making sure your space looks refreshed and renewed when we are finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring over 20 years of hands on experience in deep cleaning and surface restoration, and I founded this business in 2015. Most of my training comes from real world experience, working directly with tile, grout, rugs, upholstery, roofs, and driveways. Over the years, I have learned the proper techniques and equipment needed to treat each surface correctly. Experience has been my greatest teacher, and I apply that knowledge to every job we complete.
