Brian arrived on time and handled a problem I had with AOL and Microsoft aand had it corrected for me. He was very nice and explained what he was doing for me since I am a senior citizen and not very computer savvy. Thanks for a job well done and I would hire him in a minute agsin.

Mr. Sullivan was very prompt and professional. However....
I wish he would have made sure that I was taught how to USE my new laptop of12 years in order to get it to print. Went to use it as a combo the next day and I still haven't been able to use the new printer that he connected to my new computer. YIKES !!!! We are on social security and don't have much money to get anyone here to do this at this time. So the computer and printer just sit unused again.
