I am beyond happy with the services I received from Coral Pelican plumbing. The plumber, Jarrett Mathis, was courteous, extremely knowledge, and genuinely a really great guy, ie someone you are totally comfortable having in your home. Coral Pelican plumbing was one of 4 plumbing vendors giving me quotes to replace our 26 year-old water. Our kitchen water pressure was reduced. I assumed it was the water heater. Jarrett, in addition to providing me a fair quote for a new hater, also checked our house water pressure and the kitchen faucet for sediment, all as part of the quotation process, not an 'extra' service. None of the other vendors went the 'extra mile' to check if the issue was something besides the heater. I highly recommend Jarrett Mathis at Coral Pelican plumbing.

Mr. Jarrett Mathis came to my home TODAY, even though it was late yesterday afternoon when I called and asked a plumber to come out and give me some estimates.First and foremost, Jarrett is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Hes also patient for customers who might not have all of the plumbing vocabulary and best practices committed to memory, but he does a GREAT JOB (1) diagnosing the problem he sees (2) he gives you different options you can choose to fix the problem and (3) he is upfront about which option will cost more so the customer can make an informed decision based on their individual budget.Im locked in to get work done after thespecific items I want are shipped from about-of-state vendor.Jarrett does a great job making the client feel comfortable and has endless patience when answering questions.He has the best customer service skill set that I have witnessed throughout a long renovation project Im overseeing. I look forward to working with him on several important plumbing projects and would 100% recommend you give him a call when you want a conscientious professional to help you with your plumbing needs.

Austin and Mike did and amazing job. They got here in time. Austin explained the installation and performed the work exceptionally. They cleaned up after themselves and very friendly.
