FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have discounted packages accommodating every homeowner. i also have basic inspection and negative air vacuuming.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I arrive at the customer’s home, I introduce myself professionally, put on shoe covers, and do a quick walk-through with them to inspect the return, supply vents, air handler, and dryer vent. I explain where I’ll set up the negative-air machine, how the cleaning process works, and which areas I’ll need to access so they know exactly what to expect. After getting their approval, I begin the cleaning—closing unnecessary vents, brushing and vacuuming each supply and return line, cleaning the return filter area, and completing any additional services they requested. When I’m finished, I show them the before-and-after photos or video, walk them through the results, answer any questions they have, and then provide the final invoice or receipt before collecting payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
