Chris was very friendly and knowledgeable about the issue we were having with our garage door opener. The wall unit worked sporadically which was a sign that the electronics were bad. Although Chris had the part and we could have just replaced the circuit board, the unit was 17 years old so we opted to replace the garage door opener. New opener is so much quieter, we have a new keypad and extra remote that have been programmed. Very happy with the work by Grand Slam Garage Doors!

Had Chris remove old garage main unit and install new garage opener main unit and sensors that I bought from Home Depot. Chris was great in every way. Super reasonable prices, upfront no B.S., very knowledgeable, very professional, super fast (if I didn't talk to him probably would have done the whole job in 30 to 40 minutes), but quality work. Very friendly. 6 STARS IF POSSIBLE.
