What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am also certified in Wind Mitigation ($75 alone) but if you purchase an full Home inspection ($275-400,depending on size), I add a Wind Mitigation AND a 4 Point Inspection FREE! We also now do Mobile Home Inspections for just $250.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call Kelli (wife and manager) to schedule. She will ask some questions, and we will come do inspection, and full report to you within 48 hours
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
InterNACHI Certified and trained. 20 years Safety experience, and inspections for ALL types of homes. Also certified in Wind Mitigation
