- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am competitive , i do give discounts to senior citizens, military and first responders aka “ health care workers “. Please let me know if you are one of these .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to have the customer walk me through the exact work they want done. Answer any questions either of us have and give a clear understanding what the the next steps would be to receiving a emailed estimate. The email will have a break down of costs to said specific work to be done . Then from that point we can decide to move forward to scheduling .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a third generation painter . It’s in my blood . Lol ..I have been a Handyman’s second for a few years and developed other skills too.
