Introduction
Hi! My name is Reonna and I am eager to help you reach your goals, fall in love with the journey, and feel good in your own skin. I have an Exercise Science degree and almost a decade of weight lifting and resistance training under my belt.
I specialize in:
- weight training/resistance training
- functional movement
- body recomposition (fat loss/muscle gain)
- mobility
- accountability to boost your confidence to the next level
I take an all encompassing approach to fitness prioritizing your form, healthy habits, and consistency. I have a proven track record of helping my clients feel stronger and more confident in the gym, while also attaining their physique goals.
I am an independent trainer so I would travel to your home or apartment gym and I also offer online training and programs as well! I am also willing to meet at a mutual outdoor location if you’d prefer.
All workouts and programs will be tailored to your fitness experience and goals.

Reonna is fun and energetic personal trainer who has helped me build confidence and a stronger, leaner body. I've participated in in-person and online training and both workouts are challenging, but very rewarding. Thank you for the weekly check-ins and holding me accountable!

Reonna is an amazing trainer, the best I have ever had. She is extremely knowledgeable about the human body and exercise science, and I've often been impressed by how she applies that knowledge to maximize our training sessions. My health and aesthetic outcomes have been so satisfying and I am in the best shape of my life! I really credit her with that. I enjoy coming to our training sessions not only because the workouts are effective and appropriately challenging, but also because she is a great conversationalist and a very positive person. She's set me up with great health habits and I feel much more comfortable at the gym even when I am there outside of our sessions. Do yourself a favor and work with Reonna! Seriously a great life choice.

I love training with with Reonna! I have done both in person and virtual training with her and would highly recommend either. Her workouts are challenging but in a good way and she adds a lot of variety to the workouts so I never got bored.

I cannot say enough great things about her. I worked with her for 6 months before florida stole her away (super jealous of you guys! You gained a phenomenal trainer and person). Due to distance, I now work with her online and like most long distance relationships with the right person , it’s worth it (but in person is always preferred). She is a ray of sunshine that will push you, make you stronger, and keep you safe. Cannot recommend enough.
