I was very fortunate to be referred to Primal pools as I was having issues with my previous pool service who was cutting back on chemicals and not coming every week. Primal pools is the complete opposite. They are respectful, responsive, knowledgeable, and do not cut back. My pool since I have brought on Primal pool service has been crystal clear, no signs of any type of mold, even with the hot weather we have had all summer, hardly any rain, and me constantly adding water. These guys are good, hard working and stay on schedule. I have no regrets in using Primal pool service and I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable service, to give them a call. You won’t regret it.
