Introduction: I first began teaching tennis when I was a young player in college. I learned to play from one of the top NCAA Div II coaches in Florida. As a part of my scholarship I taught student PE tennis classes under his supervision. During summer breaks I taught in tennis clubs and camps to make the money I needed for school books etc. Several years ago I returned to coaching after a career in sales. I use what I learned from my coaches, and as a player myself, to teach kids from ages 5 to adults, and seniors. I design my lessons to best fulfill each students goals as a player and fit their individual abilities as athletes; while also having fun playing and competing.
As a tennis instructor I enjoy the benefits of a healthy outdoor lifestyle, with plenty of exercise and fresh air. It's personally satisfying if my clients can enjoy these same benefits in their lives. It is gratifying to me when I am able to help them become better tennis players and have a good time too!
