We offer honest, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. A diagnostic fee is charged for all visits and is applied toward the repair if you choose to proceed. We’re currently offering 15% OFF all repairs for new customers—just mention Thumbtack when booking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening to your concerns over the phone or through a message. Then we schedule an appointment at your convenience. Once onsite, we perform a full diagnostic, explain the issue in simple terms, and provide a written estimate before beginning any repairs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are factory-trained and have years of experience repairing appliances from brands like Whirlpool, GE, LG, Samsung, Maytag, Frigidaire, and more. We stay current with new technologies and certifications to ensure top-quality service.
