Carlos called almost as soon as he saw my panicked request that we had a minor repair that needed to be fixed on our roof within a few days or our homeowners insurance was going to drop us. He came to give an estimate when he said he would be here. He told us it would be an easy fix and that he would be back at 3pm to fix the problem AND HE SHOWED UP ON TIME. That is so rare down here. He fixed the problem in like 10 minutes and charged a very fair price. He was very professional and if we were to need someone to do work on our roof again we will definitely call him.
