- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Prices are some of the best in the area and are still competitive with other vendors that are not even insured. We pride ourselves on being the best value in the area. All of our rentals include free delivery, setup and pickup within the Tallahassee and most surrounding areas. We do provide additional delivery to other areas for a very small fee. We always have discounts for multi day and multi unit rentals too!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process of easy online booking is just that. You can book directly on our website or through us directly in a matter of minutes. You can do it yourself on the web or just give us a call. We will ask a few questions to insure our products are right for you and we have everything we need to make your experience on delivery day simple and memorable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years of business management experience and several years of experience in inflatable rentals. We are fully insured and have been trained for all services we provide.
