Introduction: Get expert Mac OS training right on your computer in the privacy of your home or office, from an experienced information technology teacher. Using advanced online communication software, I can view your screen and even control your computer to show you how to do things. Of course, each secure session requires your permission for me to connect to your Mac. I am faculty at Florida State University in the College of Communication and Information, School of Library and Information Studies where I teach a variety of courses in information technology. I can also provide customized scripts to automate things like weeding out old Safari bookmarks that are no longer valid. My services are available most evenings of the week and on weekends. My rates are dependent on the time of day and the urgency of your need. I offer my lowest rates when you schedule in advance, for an early evening or weekend daytime. I charge a higher rate for emergency sessions or those later at night.
