FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It should be higher, but we try to keep our costs low so we can be affordable to folks living without a working toilet, or faucet or have a dangerous gaping hole in their floor. A lot of people give up on getting help before even looking because they can't afford much and doubt they can find anyone in their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to get a good sense in advance of all tasks and expectations so that we show up prepared and with all materials, tools and supplies required to get it done and get out of their way as quickly as possible. Open communication and clarification can go a long way towards giving the expected result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are self taught in everything from jumping into the deep end on everything. In our 50s with a long history of great work.
