FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and competitive for the local market. Home inspection costs vary depending on the size, age, and location of the property, but we always provide clear upfront pricing before scheduling. There are no hidden fees. For public adjusting services, we typically work on a contingency basis, meaning we are only paid a percentage of the insurance claim settlement after we successfully recover funds for you. If there’s no recovery, there’s generally no fee for our adjusting services. We also offer discounts for bundled services, such as combining a home inspection with wind mitigation or other specialty inspections.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to be simple and informative: Initial Consultation – We discuss your needs, whether it’s a home purchase inspection or help with an insurance claim. Scheduling – We schedule the inspection or claim evaluation at a time that works for you. Inspection or Property Assessment – We conduct a thorough evaluation of the property, documenting any issues with photos and detailed notes. Detailed Report – For inspections, you receive a clear report outlining findings, risks, and recommended next steps. Follow-Up Support – We are available to answer questions and guide you through repairs, negotiations, or the insurance claims process if needed. Our goal is to make sure you fully understand the condition of your property and your options moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has specialized training in property inspection, building systems, and insurance claim evaluation. We stay up-to-date with industry standards, building practices, and insurance regulations through ongoing education and certifications. This training allows us to identify structural issues, safety concerns, and potential insurance claim opportunities that others may overlook.
