- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be sure to ask if the company owns the equipment or if the equipment is sub-rented. We own our own equipment and can control the cleanliness and quality of our items. Also ask if the company is available to provide rental items 7 days a week. Ask if the company will pick items up after the event, or if the items are left out all weekend. The customer is usually liable for any missing or damaged items, so if they are left out all weekend the potential for loss is higher. Don't be afraid to ask the replacement cost of any damaged or missing items, just in case an item is dropped and breaks.
