We do an assessment on their current situation and then discuss what we want to be in the future and then we come up with a game plan best suited for that individual.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years as a trainer, I have 5 years as a rehabilitation specialist, and over 10 years in recreation so my entire adult career has been dealing with fitness, healing, and fun physical activities.
