Introduction: I offer one-on-one or small group training with a focus on FUNctional movements (push/pull/bend and lift/squat/twist/lunge/gait). Implementing a variety of exercise equipment, we can maximize versatility and train the body to acquire strength and mobility that is universally applicable. My philosophy and practice is that natural, functional, conscious movements bring the body back into balance and alignment. This strengthens and empowers us by increasing lean body mass, decreasing physical stress, and it allows us to breathe easier. I also offer advice and resources to promote energy, vitality, and well-being via nutritional and lifestyle modifications.
