Our specialty is teaching those that have never stepped foot in a gym how to workout safely and with proper form & technique. Our studio provides a private, non-intimidating atmosphere where clients feel comfortable and welcome. I immerse myself in my passion everyday and I am blessed to share this passion with clients. I have always doubted the need for a personal trainer. I always thought I could learn everything from a book or online. There is only so much you can get from a book. Keith, and Christian at Seriously Strong, have provided me with much more than just a technical teacher, or workout routine planner - I get me some "workout therapy too". The motivation, the ability to listen to my needs and my wants. Helping me set goals and providing means to reach those goals is why I would suggest Seriously Strong. Last week I couldn't get through my workout routine, and I felt so ashamed and embarrassed. Keith and Christian sat with me and talked about my food intake, my stress levels. They wanted me not to dread working out, they wanted me to get excited and have fun while reaching my strength goals. Keith has worked with me for around 2 months modifying my workout schedule/routine and diet, now that I'm intaking enough calories - I can finish my routines. From a strength/physic look. Lets just say, in 8 weeks (with nothing but eating right and often) I've outgrown my medium shirts, none of my dress shirts can button all the way up to my neck - my loose fitting jeans are becoming my skinny jeans and I can see myself getting stronger day by day. I've gone from 205lbs to 230lbs. (ohh yeah, no cardio - still around 12% body fat) I have hit new personal records in the last 4 weeks of hard training: Push Press 225lbs (40lb increase) Deadlift 385lbs (20lb increase) Bench Press 275lbs (30lb increase) Split Jerk 245lbs (30lb increase) Squat HighBar 340lbs (25lb increase) Love you Keith and Christian!!!!

I have been training with Keith for a couple of months now to prepare for my first power-lifting competition. Keith is very knowledgeable in all aspects of fitness, including diet, as well as competition and Olympic style lifts. His program is consistently challenging and produces noticeable results in a very short time period. He is a good trainer and a good guy. I was skeptical to use the services of a trainer as I see myself as an athlete and some trainers that I have contacted in the past seemed "in worse shape than I", so I could not take their advice as seriously as I do Seriously Strong Training. Keith is the real deal and is much more than some "meathead" than can pick up heavy things. He knows the science of muscle memory and control and has been a great help.

Keith and SST is awesome. I can't say enough good things. Over the course of the last year working with Keith, I've made great strength gains and have totally recomposed my body. I give Keith as SST total credit. He keeps me motivated and keeps me pushing myself. If you are thinking of hiring a personal trainer, Keith is your guy!
