I generally charge by the job not by the hour. Your price is what is quoted to you.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been a landlord for many years and realized some people just are too tired from the packing and moving to clean up after in the place they are moving from! Then so disappointed after losing their deposit.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Apartment clean up after moving. wipe out / wash kitchen cabinets, refrigerator and closets, vacume, mop floors, wipe down mop boards, minor wall repairs, touch up painting, trash removal ~ one bedroom apartment Usually about $65.00 with an additional charge for carpet cleaning. ALSO: Handy Man services minor plumbing, change faucet, new shower head, fix running toilet, install or replace appliance, minor patching holes, replace air / furnace filters, hang pictures / mirror, many more. ALSO: move an item, mattress and box springs, dresser, desk. I have a pick up truck and am willing to move an item or a few items for you.
