Owned and operated by Kim and Scott Harrison, we’re a hardworking family with four kids who understand how busy life can get and how important it is to keep your home looking its best. Capital City Exterior Solutions did a great job cleaning my house exterior siding and trim. They also pressurewashed my concrete driveway, sidewalk and patio. They had to relocate a bird nest with babies and were very conscious to make sure the nest was relocated to a nearby tree. I highly recommend using them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the square footage and type of surfaces being cleaned. Every quote is customized to fit the job, so there are no surprise fees. We offer bundled discounts for multiple services for example, roof and driveway cleaning together. Seniors, military members, and first responders also receive a discount as a thank you for their service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, I start by discussing their goals and the specific areas they’d like cleaned whether it’s the roof, driveway, siding, or the whole exterior. From there, I provide a clear, no obligation estimate based on the property’s size and condition. Once approved, I schedule a convenient time, arrive on time, and complete the job with attention to detail. After the cleaning, I always do a walkthrough or followup to make sure the customer is completely satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed specialized training in soft-wash chemistry, surface cleaning, and equipment operation, as well as business safety and property care. Beyond that, I continue learning about industry best practices and environmentally safe cleaning solutions to ensure every job is done right
