- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking lots of questions as well as a site visit to set expectations and provide an accurate scope of work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a system designer for HiFi Buys in Atlanta, GA and after the company went out of business in November of 2008, I started my own home theater and automation installation business and retained many of my own customers.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have done installations in both commercial and residential applications.
