Introduction: The goal of yoga is to explore various physical postures (asanas) and breathing techniques in order to cultivate inner acceptance and peace, health and awareness from the inside out.
I offer private one-on-one, group, and special event yoga instructions to meet you where you are in terms of strength and flexibility, making adjustments and modifications to accommodate any injuries or special needs.
I also offer Reiki therapy as a method of holistic healing in your own home.
