Alen saved the day!! What started out as an extremely hectic move, turned into a nightmare, when my ceiling started to leak from my master bathroom, recent remodel. I booked on Thumbtack for February 3 and was just going to be patient and wait but Alen reached out first thing in the morning and told me he would be on his way asap!! Extremely knowledgeable and professional gentleman, with lots of patience, as I can be highly inquisitive lol! Answered all my questions to the fullest extent, and even fixed/checked on a few other things that I had concerns with (other plumbing & AC smart panel- and even provided education on how to maintenance my units properly!) I will definitely be utilizing Rise HVAC & Plumbing for all my future plumbing, and HVAC endeavors. So grateful to have come across this wonderful business on thumbtack.

I panicked! I noticed a 4 foot line across my ceiling with water slowly dripping into my kitchen from upstairs. I immediately went to Thumbtack to look for a plumber. Rise HVAC and Plumbing not only responded in what seemed to be less than 2 minutes but they arrived at my house in 40 minutes. After a thorough…and I mean thorough inspection, the leak was found and repaired. I don’t normally write reviews but this was without a doubt warranted. I highly recommend Rise HVAC & Plumbing.
