I panicked! I noticed a 4 foot line across my ceiling with water slowly dripping into my kitchen from upstairs. I immediately went to Thumbtack to look for a plumber. Rise HVAC and Plumbing not only responded in what seemed to be less than 2 minutes but they arrived at my house in 40 minutes. After a thorough…and I mean thorough inspection, the leak was found and repaired. I don’t normally write reviews but this was without a doubt warranted. I highly recommend Rise HVAC & Plumbing. We are very happy with the work and quality done by these Rise. They were very responsive and helpful when we were in the process of finding someone to install a water heater and water softener. They arrived on time and kept us up to date on their process. I really appreciate how they worked hard to keep me informed along the way and asked me how I felt about where things were placed and how they would look. When they finished they cleaned up like they'd never even been there. I highly recommend them to anyone. This site review only let me pick three items I liked about working with Rise HVAC and Plumbing but I would have chosen all the options if I could: Work Quality, Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value and Punctuality.
