Allen and his team were amazing! They able to come out the same day and fix a water leak, and also helped identify issues with my water heater. Allen is very knowledgeable and kind, and also checked a sink for me without any charge. I’ll be calling Rise for any plumbing issues in the future!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Rise. We had a leaking bathtub that needed a very specific, hard-to-find part, and every other company I contacted either gave me the runaround or told me it couldn’t be done. Rise came out promptly, identified the issue right away, and went above and beyond to track down the correct replacement part.
Their team was skilled, professional, and respectful of our home—communicating clearly every step of the way. The repair was completed efficiently, and the workmanship is top-notch. It’s such a relief to have everything working perfectly again!

Alen replaced our old dripping kitchen faucet last week. Rise Plumbing responded very quickly to our request and offered to give an estimate online if we could send them a pic of the faucet. After sending the pic, they quickly responded back explaining that the old faucet looks corroded and needs to be replaced with a new one and offered to change it the same day with the exact same brand at a reasonable price. Because of our schedule, we decided to have them come by a couple of days later. Once here, Alen offered to change the corroded unit with the same Delta faucet as we had previously discussed online, but he had also brought in a new Moen faucet just to give us a choice and mentioned that it would not affect the final price. After explaining the differences patiently to us, we decided to go with the new Moen instead. He and his helper were very efficient in replacing the old faucet with the new one. They were very respectful and prepared and even wore shoe covers when they stepped inside the house which speaks loudly about their level of cleanliness and sanitation. We are very happy with the result and highly recommend Alen and Rise Plumbing.

I needed to replace my main valve, some bathroom faucets, and install a water filter and spout in my kitchen. These guys replied to my inquiry promptly. They provided a quote quickly, showed up on time and got the job done. Cleaned up after they were done.
Slightly pricey compared to some others, but I’m happy with the results.

Here at Rise Services we have upfront pricing which means you will know exactly what your cost for repair and or replacement is. Their is no surprises. We will only perform work when you authorize us to do so.

We care about our customers. We like to get your information and then find out exactly what your plumbing problem is. Rise HVAC & Plumbing , will resolve and do it with confidence.
