Egor reached out immediately after my inquiry about pricing for my project. I bought a piece of furniture online and decided that the assembly was above my capabilities so it was time to call and somebody who knew what they were doing. Egor was responsive and able to work within my schedule to get it done within the same day. He was about 45 minutes later than we had scheduled, but he did reach out and communicate with me and let me know that so I appreciate that at least. When he arrived, he got to work and completed the job in a timely manner and knew exactly what he was doing, where I would have been completely lost. My only complaint is that after the job was completed, he tried to raise the price by $30 but we compromised and met with a $10 price increase. I would’ve given them that or including tip anyway so it worked out. Overall, he did a great job and I’m very happy with the results .

Igor came out same day to check out the problem I was having with my LG washing machine. He figured out the problem quickly and was able to get parts in the next day and came out to replace the parts. Unfortunately one of the parts that came were defective, but he was able to get a replacement the next day and came out this morning and fixed my machine. He’s punctual, professional, knows his stuff, and his pricing was fair and affordable. We will definitely use him again in the future when the need arises, his number is saved!
