Jay M. says, "Do not hire. Originally quoted $350 for a smart toilet installation. After arriving and removing my existing toilet, the price kept climbing — $200 became $350 for the flange offset, plus an $80 valve installation and a $70 service fee that was never mentioned upfront. Total came to $850. When I declined, he refused to reinstall the toilet he had just removed unless I paid him $150. He should have put it back for free — unexpected issues happen, but leaving a customer with no toilet and demanding more money to undo your own work is predatory. I move in tomorrow and now have no toilet. Avoid this pro."See more

Outstanding handyman, has many years of construction experience so he understands many different areas of handy work. Excellent work on screw removal, plaster/spackle, and painting with clean, matching, flawless results. Did a nice drywall repair in the bathroom and saved us a lot of money by working frugally. Very good worker who keeps himself busy and moving all day. Did some electrical work as well and we are very pleased: installed 5 smoke alarms, replaced a defective light switch, and changed out a dead ballast in a fluorescent light fixture in the garage. Thanks Alex, you were an excellent choice by us and we are delighted to have worked successfully with you.
