- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers are provided with competitive pricing up front and we itemize pricing per job. For example, if you ask to just make the house look clean, we will break down the price per patio and deck or screen porch, house siding, driveway and sidewalks, etc... all separate. Additional discounts are offered for bundling up services. This means that you get additional discounts for each item you add to the quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When the new customer contacts me I will respond as soon as possible to schedule a time to discuss your job. Once we are talking on the phone I can ask for more details and perhaps ask for pictures and I can give a quote over the phone. Once I arrive at your home and approve the quote with you, I will start the job immediately. Once the job is completed, we will do a walk thru with you to make sure everything is completed to your satisfaction. Payment is collected after completion of the job (cash, venmo, paypal, or credit cards).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 25 years of experience in direct service cleaning and management. Our experience includes residential properties to multi-story commercial properties. We keep up to date with new techniques and equipment in the industry.
