- What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked with homeowners, renters, pet owners and parents with young kids - basically anyone who wants their furniture looking and smelling fresh again 😄 I’ve also handled commercial jobs like carpet cleaning for retail fitting rooms. If you have furniture that needs cleaning - I’ve probably seen worse.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always make sure the provider uses professional-grade equipment - not just a rental machine from the store. The difference in results is huge. Ask about the products they use, especially if you have kids or pets at home. Eco-friendly and non-toxic should be non-negotiable. Check if they show up themselves or send subcontractors. With me - you always know exactly who is coming to your home. And don’t wait too long. The longer a stain sits, the harder it is to remove.
