This specialized training provided me with a unique, creative approach towards food and nutrition, specifically focused on working with whole foods and adapting traditional recipes to accommodate dietary restrictions. Melissa catered baked ziti and salad for our anniversary party of 80 people. The quality and quantity were outstanding beyond our expectations. She made sure it was delivered on time and the right temperature. Meat sauce was exceptional. We would unquestionably recommend Satiety to anyone.

Melissa Spies Is terrific to work with. She help me plan the meal from start to finish, cater to my needs and met my requirements. Melissa offers vegan options as well as Keto and addresses any food allergies. She showed up early and came prepared. Her dishes were nicely presented, well plated and tasted great. If youre considering having an executive chef come to your home and prepare a meal for a special occasion or big event, Id encourage you to consider Melissa. We enjoyed our time with her and are planning on having her back in May. Great job, Mellisa!!

Melissa did a fantastic job and her assistant, Vanessa was very good as well. She had limited space in our small house but that did not effect her ability to execute a very professional evening of fine dinning. The menu was of our choosing and she quickly adapted to our culinary desires providing us with exquisite food, from the simple but elegantly prepared stuffed mushrooms, Salmon with Avocado & Cream cheese snacks to the Crab cakes, Grilled shrimp and the Delmonico steaks served with especially prepared sliced potatoes and asparagus wrapped with prosciutto. She was very accommodating and obviously eager to make our evening wonderful and memorable. Kudos to Satiety ! Book her, You can not go wrong!!!

Really great experience working with Melissa! I gave her my party details and she came up with the perfect Menu to compliment our theme! Our guests raved about everything! Will def hire again!
