- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 10% discount to all military, first responders, and seniors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I strive for is earning a customers trust. I also believe that trust must be earned through actions and not words. I explain everything I am doing in the process in real time which allows for the customer to understand why the failure happened and how to prevent it in the future. I also double check the system before I leave to make SURE nothing was missed
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 years Hvac field experience as well as a good amount of electrical knowledge.
