Introduction: I want to fix your AC today without selling you unnecessary parts and services. I also do duct work and indoor air quality. I have worked with big AC companies before and I know how they operate. Their philosophy is very simple "up sale". I DO NOT install systems but in the case that the AC cannot be fixed you will be armed with questions to ask a company to ensure you get the best value for your money while saving the time and guesswork in hiring a reliable contractor. So before you have a company come out that is looking to rack up a big ticket why not have me come out and either 1) fix it at a reasonable cost or 2) give you suggestions on how to pick the right contractor for free. I just bought my house and the AC stopped working so I called a company that has been in the buisness for a while with great reviews. When the guy arrived he went outside for about 5 minutes then came back inside and said I needed a whole new system and I was looking at 10,500 and they could get it in the next day. I told him I don't have that kind of money and he offered financing. I paid the diagnostic fee at nauseam and he left. My friend had worked with Chris before and told me to call him. He was pleasant and more than willing to help. He arrived and within 10 minutes of him being here the AC was working and hasn't stopped since and it only cost a couple hundred dollars instead of 10,000 It's a shame these companies take advantage of hard working people who don't know about AC. The first thing I strive for is earning a customers trust. I also believe that trust must be earned through actions and not words. I explain everything I am doing in the process in real time which allows for the customer to understand why the failure happened and how to prevent it in the future. I also double check the system before I leave to make SURE nothing was missed

10 years Hvac field experience as well as a good amount of electrical knowledge.
