Innovative cleaning did a great job pressurewashing my home and patio. They were very responsive and were also tied for the best price with all the quotes I got. I learned they also provide a variety of other services that I’ll keep in mind for future projects.

I could not be more pleased with this experience!!This morning I took a long shot to see if anyone was available to come out today to pressurewash my decks, pavers and sidewalks. I received responses from several businesses but Innovative Cleaning Services was the most professional in their response. I sent pictures of the work and Zaneida provided a written estimate.
Luis arrive exactly on the agreed upon time. He was very friendly and professional. He listened to my concerns and got right to work. The feels like temperature today was over 100 degrees but it did not seem to phase him. He completed the job and everything looks great.
It is rare these days to find companies who do what they say they are going to do. Luis shared that this is a family business and I am so happy I found them. I highly recommend and will definitely work with them in the future.

We reached out to Innovative services for a tile roof power washing which used to be white
They replied few minutes later and said they can come the next day and when I asked them if they can come that same day they said yes.
Luis and Miguel arrived on time and did a PERFECT job very professional very detailed and stuck to the reasonable price they quoted me even though it took them a lot longuet than expected. They even cleaned up the driveway afterword
I almost didn’t recognized my house !
Highly recommend them.

We offer competitive pricing without sacrificing quality. There are no hidden fees, long term contracts, or loop holes to jump through.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process includes a phone call to better understand the customers needs (as there may be unique characteristics to the job), coordinate a walk through, and discuss any potential constraints pertaining to project completion. During the walk through, we can discuss preferred times and dates to complete the job and can provide a rough estimate as to how much the project will be. A formal estimate will then be sent via email with a follow up call to confirm date, time, and to receive a deposit (if needed).
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have had the pleasure of working with customers that have needed services for: homes, offices, warehouses, event cleanup (pre/during/post), post construction clean up, move outs, open house, and pre closing cleanings.
