Orlando Jones was an answer to our prayers. We needed lighting in our downstairs family room as it was really dark with only the initial ceiling light the builders put in and the 2 lamps we added. In my dream world it would have been nice to also have additional lights in the kitchen over the sink and under the cabinets to lighten up the counters space area because again there was not enough lighting. We had a commercial company come out and give us a quote, they were ridiculously high and so were a few others that we had come out, so we decided to wait. Then a few months later our neighbor referred us to Orlando of Royal Tech. He was very professional, he gave us a quote that was definitely within our budget, and did the work in an amazingly short period of time. We were flabbergasted at how great of a job he did, how quickly he did it and how reasonable the price was. It was so amazingly reasonable that we had additional lighting added in places we hadn't initially thought of. My husband and I are thoroughly impressed with Orlando Jones of Royal Tech and the service he provides. He is a gifted electrician who takes pride in his work. He is now our go to guy for electrical work. He was definitely our answer for our lighting problem. Thanks again, Orlando!
I hired Alex to remove my old A/C ducts and replace them with new ones. Alex's communication is excellent. He replied quickly and professionally to all my questions and scheduling requests. I was doing other home improvement projects simultaneously and one of the other vendors accidentally cut power to my AC and Alex gladly fixed it. Later, when it was time for him to install the new ducts, the other vendors turned on and ran my AC against my wishes and my whole unit froze up and started leaking everywhere, and it even clogged up my drain. Alex also gladly cleaned out my coils, replaced all the broken insulation on my pipes and unclogged the drain, also at no extra cost. Lastly, the thermostat stopped working properly and Alex replaced the thermostat to make sure I was left with a working AC unit. If you are looking for an AC company that is affordable, professional, doesn't sell you things you don't need and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have a properly working A/C, look no further and hire Alex. You will not be disappointed.
We hired Randy to do a massive overhaul of our two bathrooms plus some other work on our second floor. He was fantastic! He was dependable, honest, and very straightforward. His attention to detail is spectacular and was very considerate of cleaning up the work area at the end of each day. He did it all: Removed and installed bathroom cabinets, mirrors, medicine cabinets, ceiling fans, bathroom vents, you name it. He completely remodeled our master bathroom including our shower by removing our existing small shower stall and demolishing an adjacent linen closet. He then created the most amazing large shower with beautiful tiling on the walls, a new shower floor, and even a bench in the shower. Since our initial project, weâve hired him for additional jobs. In the future, he will be the only handyman that we will consider.
I contacted the Comfort Authority with concerns about AC and duct work. I am an allergy sufferer so my primary concern was the health of my duct work. Secondarily I am concerned about my energy bill like everyone else. I was very impressed with the Comfort Authority, and I had high expectations since both workers are engineers. Their evaluation of my situation was very through. They opened my air handler, crawled around my attic with a thermal imagery device, and took pictures of all their findings (thermal and true color pictures). I am awaiting their three scenario proposal as I asked for three outcomes - clean the duct work, replace duct work, replace AC and duct work. Both young men who came for the evaluation of my AC were very knowledgeable. They took time to explain all of their concerns as they showed me the results of the thermal scans in real time on an IPad. I could see temperature differences where there were leaks in my duct work, air handler, vents, and even recessed lighting. I have to say this was much better than someone just poking their heads up into the attic to see the air handler condition and manufacture date. I mentioned that they crawled through every inch of my attic with a thermal imager. They also measured every room and made a sketch of my home layout in order to calculate the size and placement of where each vent should be. A far cry above a one size fits all tube to every room. I have not received the quotes, and therefore have not decided which AC Company to use, but so far I have been most impressed with the Comfort Authority.
I recently hired Captial Contracting Group to complete a paver job for an outdoor living space. Capital Contracting did a phenomenal job creating exactly what I wanted, the staff were very friendly, very clean, and timely! I did not have to do anything but enjoy my new space when they left. I am going to hire them again to paint the exterior of my home!
